The following is a KSCO commentary.  Here is Kay Zwerling:

I wrote this in mid 2010.

Philosophically, we humans grasp at inventing illogical expressions when we are uncomfortable with our own prejudices.

Case in point – let us examine the expression “occupied territory”, which came into vogue only after the State of Israel was legally created in 1948.

The British who owned the territory offered land also to the Palestinians.  They declined and continue to decline.  They want Israel annihilated.

Immediately after Israel became a State, five Arab countries in the Middle East declared war on the new Jewish State – they were all defeated in a matter of days by the little new Country.  That is when the expression “occupied territory” or “occupied land” came into being.

Israel the victor was and is the true owner of the conquered land – but the U.S. government called that land “occupied”.  Is that supposed to mean that the aggressors still owned that land?

Another opposite case in point – during the Mexican-American War in 1846 through 1848, the U.S. invaded a part of Mexico known as Texas, which Mexico had received from Spain along with other land in the Southwest.  The U.S. won the war, took Texas and the other States in the Southwest, and California.  It is said that Mexico was given a token $500 million for all that land.  The Mexicans have been resentful and angry since then.  They want their land back, but that will never happen.   Shouldn’t that conquered Mexican land also be considered occupied land?

Fast forward to the present situation.

Jordan, a country which owned East Jerusalem in 1948, wanted all of Jerusalem shortly thereafter, so she declared war on Israel.  She lost, so now Israel owns that territory.  The U.S. maintains it is occupied land, and Obama forbids Israel to build houses there – even high-rise apartments for its burgeoning citizenship.

Prime Minister Netanyahu of Israel has told Obama he cannot dictate to Israel about Israeli land – and therein lies the stalemate between the two democracies.  I say kudos to Netanyahu for not allowing the U.S. to bully Israel.

Meanwhile, the despicable U.S. media picks and chooses what it wants to expose, and never mentions that Israel won all that land fairly.

It is all unfair, unjust, untrue, and Israel stands totally on its own.

Please – someone – explain the nonsensical expression “occupied land” or “occupied territory”, which is only used for territory won fair and square by the Jewish State of Israel after it is attacked.  It is an honest issue our government refuses to recognize.

The following is a KSCO commentary.  Here is Kay Zwerling:

I wrote this in December 2004.

Human relationships are always complicated.  There is one area; however, where human interaction is predictable, yet that aspect is often avoided, or overlooked.  For example, if one is asked by a good friend to lend him some money, if able, one would say “Of course”.  Initially, the borrower’s reaction is gratitude, followed by a sense of discomfort and indebtedness.

After a while, he may feel irritation, disdain, and finally avoidance.  At this point, the lender thinks maybe it would have been wiser for him to have said no to the friend’s request, in which case their friendship may not have gone sour.  Wasn’t it in one of Shakespeare’s plays when someone was advised him to “Neither a lender nor a borrower be”?   These wise observations fit snugly in the interaction between the U.S. and the United Nations.

In 1945, after the last World War, 51 countries called the United Nations, joined forces to again try to avoid further wars and other global issues.

Everyone involved were full of hope and eager to find common ground.  The U.S. built a beautiful high rise in New York City for the U.N.

The membership has now grown to well over 100.  Each country has one vote.  While the U.S. continues to be the largest benefactor, paying more than 22% of all the U.N. expenses, countries with a fraction of our size and population have the same voting power.  Inequitable?  Yes.  But, we the U.S. allowed that to exist.   Do our fellow members like us?  Absolutely not.  At first, 60 years ago, there was gratitude and respect for our generosity and hospitality.  But, before long, those feelings began to turn into entitlement, disrespect, arrogance, and finally overt contempt.   Most U.S. proposals are vetoed.

The U.N. has become corrupt and impotent, and the U.S. continues to pay most of the expenses.  It is like throwing money down a rat hole.  Like the League of Nations, the U.N. is another failed experiment.

Blessed with abundant resources and abundant compassion, we the U.S. have always tried to help the needy and oppressed.

After WW2, we actually rebuilt the conquered lands of Germany and Japan, the enemies who initiated the wars against us.  Now, they are both democracies.  Are they appreciative?  Japan maybe, Germany no.

The United Nations at long last, has worn out the welcome here in the United States.  It is time for it to leave, and instead go leach on France, Germany, or Russia.   And, maybe we should seriously consider resigning from the United Nations, and instead help create a League of Democracies, because democracies and dictatorships together cannot seem to agree on anything.

Finally, kudos to those fed-up Americans working to evict the United Nations from our Country.

The following is a KSCO commentary.  Here is Kay Zwerling:

It is believed that Planned Parenthood has submitted an enormous amount of fraudulent claims, according to a lawsuit that alleges the nation’s abortion industry giant has a routine practice of submitting repeated false fraudulent and ineligible claims for Medicaid reimbursement.

And, the case is being made by someone who should know – former Planned Parenthood clinic director Abby Johnson who became aware of the organization’s billing practices when she was responsible for entering data about individual cases.

Such unprecedented Medicaid fraud must be investigated and prosecuted to determine if Planned Parenthood knowingly committed Medicaid fraud from 2007-2009, totalling many millions of dollars.

Surely Congress should support an in-depth probe to determine the extent of the criminal charges that should be filed.

No matter where anyone stands on abortion, everyone has to agree that Planned Parenthood must obey the law.

Such fraud when substantiated should forever disqualify Planned Parenthood from another penny of taxpayer funds.

Some appropriate federal agency should get to the bottom of this historic deception.

Finally, if indeed this fraud occurred from 2007-2009 – and it is now 2012, why has it taken so long to examine this fraud?

On another subject – as we speak, there is a new live action video that shows Planned Parenthood encouraging gender-selective abortions.   That means if the mother is carrying a girl but wants a boy, she can legally abort the girl  and I say if we open the door and condone this immoral direction it will be the beginning of we humans interfering with God’s wishes.

The following is a KSCO commentary.  Here is Kay Zwerling:

This is in my book.  I wrote it in 2008, and it is still relevant today.

Pretty soon, We the People will be voting for the political party, which will lead us for the next four years, and the outcome is crucial.

Do we want big government, or small government?

When Clinton’s big government was in charge, he got rid of most of the military, as Obama will probably do.  Obama will raise taxes, and continue to expand social welfare so that the weaker – or less motivated to work – can be taken care of.

Without going further, let’s all agree that no matter which party is in power, the elderly, handicapped, and the truly needy, should always be helped unconditionally.

I would like to focus upon the moral changes where citizens in big government know that no matter what, the government will take care of them.   That attitude is morally destructive, and it produces physical and mental weaklings.

It takes away self dignity and self respect.

Clearly the liberals in office like big government because of the enormous and powerful perks that it has for them.  Those who receive welfare vote for the liberals to remain in office because liberals are their saviors.

But those gullible dependants are trading in their own pride and self-respect for government security.   How sad.

Less government is best because every able-bodied American must be responsible for himself, or herself, and the pride and dignity maintained is a million times more valuable than big government handouts.

Currently we see the moral decay taking place in Gloucester, Massachusetts, where 17 girls from age 15 through 17 have chosen to become pregnant and proud of it.  Where is the shame?  Why the proud arrogance?

These girls plan to raise their children together.  Who will pay the expenses?   It will not be their parents who did not give them the moral parameters and backbone to abstain.

Since big government via social welfare has gladly given other young unmarried mothers free apartments and free money, their parents have been off the hook.  That is because We the People are supporting the delinquency.   What’s to worry?   Well, I think that situation stinks.

When high schools are providing nurseries for the loose teenage mothers so that they can stay in class and have other schoolmates envy them, while the government pick up the tab, society is condoning something terribly wrong.

Our once proud and responsible Country is going into the sewer, all of which is the fault of big government – or Big Daddy.

That reason alone underscores why these misguided shameless girls and parents prove we must vote for small government where there is absolutely no immoral free handout and personal dignity and responsibility prevails.

The following is a KSCO commentary.  Here is Kay Zwerling:

When and why did We Americans appoint ourselves the protector of the world?

We have paid dearly by the loss of brave wonderful soldiers who thought they were protecting their own Country!

For the past many years we have sent our soldiers to fight in wars like Afghanistan and Iraq.  Many of them have died, and have been badly and permanently wounded.  Why?

When our ancestors were busy creating our beautiful Country, in their human wisdom they admonished us to stay out of military situations with other countries.   Did our leaders listen?   Of course not.

What we have done instead – after WW2 which we had to participate in because Germany’s Hitler was crazy and created a Holocaust and was serious about coming to our shores to take over our Country.  For us, WW2 was a must.

But, after WW2, since then we have been involved in many other wars.  Why, when none of them were to protect our own shores?

Also, how come, after WW2, our leaders left some troops in Germany and some in Japan, because both enemies were not to be trusted.   That was decades ago, but those troops are still there.   Why?  It is wasteful and wrong.

Also, isn’t it true that we have troops in many other countries all over the world?   And again, why?   All this protection of other countries has cost us billions – and now we are broke and indebted to China, and we, once the greatest Country in the world, is now weak and vulnerable.

Many young men and women volunteered to serve in Iraq and Afghanistan and when they thought they were finished with their tours their leaders demanded that they return and continue to serve again because not enough volunteers signed on.  And, that was unfair.

Also, our military receives very low wages for themselves and worse, very low funds for their families.  Because now Obama wants big government, he has given many unnecessary jobs to his friends and they receive hefty wages, much bigger than the military who put their lives on the line every day.  This inequity is ridiculous and outrageous.

And finally, our TV’s are daily loaded with requests to We the People to help returning military injured for life with giving $19 monthly forever to help them and their families.

I totally agree that we should all help the permanently wounded however we can afford, but more important it is our government’s responsibility to take care of our wounded soldiers forever.

For justification of these past remarks, up until now I may have been simplistic and naïve about our leaders’ priorities.  Surely they are fully aware of present world terrorism and may be acting accordingly – and indeed if it is necessary for our troops to be fighting in foreign lands, then so be it.

Perhaps we should be grateful we are fighting terrorism there and not here.

The following is a KSCO commentary.  Here is Kay Zwerling:

I wrote this in June 2008, and it is in my book.

The disturbing issue then was the North American Union.  I have a sense it has gone underground because many Americans are totally unaware and would be against this Union.

Let’s read my Commentary of 2008 again, and be prepared to object to this takeover of our Country.  Here goes:

Recently I attended a Flag Day celebration to honor American veterans from World War 2, Korea, and Viet Nam.

The ceremony was touching, and it was beautiful to see their pride when each veteran got up and said a few words.
The program opened with a young girl singing God Bless America, and she concluded the ceremony with the Star Spangled Banner.   When the words “The land of the free, and the home of the brave” were sung, my eyes filled with uncontrollable tears.

Because I am bummed out, because there is this gut feeling that We the People are losing our beloved Country as we know it.

Our President Bush and our Congress, without our knowledge and approval are giving away our nation as it was planned by our Forefathers.  We are, and still should be, a sovereign nation beholden to no one, but there are changes ahead.

Effectively, our borders with Canada and Mexico will be erased.

They call it globalization.   But, we never voted on this change!  We have been betrayed by our leaders!

We are in the process of becoming an alliance with Mexico and Canada – called the North American Union.  Our nation and our wishes eventually will become subordinate to the Union, and as we speak, the international superhighway is already becoming a reality, where certain other countries will be bidding to buy portions of the highway, and they will institute tolls to make money for themselves.  We the People never approved this!

How do you feel about other countries owning part of the U.S.?  Why weren’t we consulted?  Now, it is clear why President Bush broke our laws by leaving the borders open deliberately all these years.  It is because he is a globalist who wants to enlarge NAFTA, which has been a disaster for the U.S., but good for the other countries involved.
What can we do to stop this blatant give-away?   Undoubtedly, the greed of a few powerful people who stand to benefit from this sneaky alliance is involved.   And, the kicker is, that the despicable, corrupt United Nations intends to be in charge for of the North American Union, and eventually, in charge of the World.  It is insane, and we are allowing it to happen.  How can We the People stop this take-over?
