Pearls of Wisdom

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a recent news story regarding ADHD.  A recent study done at the Washington University School of Medicine, in St. Louis, Missouri found many children aren't getting ADHD medications.  The study reports that out of 1610 Missouri twins in the study 359 met the criteria for ADHD.  With 59% of the boys and 46% of girls with ADHD getting medications.  However, the study also revealed that 65% of those actually already on ADHD medication met the full criteria for ADHD.
