Monologue

Dr. Wallach discusses the things he believes that people need to do to maximize their life span.  First recommending avoiding foods that contain free radicals.  Second Doc says people should focus on keeping calorie intake at or below 1500 calories daily.  Three take in all 90 essential nutrients as found in Youngevity's "Pig Pack".  Fourth he recommendings taking in antioxidants that are found in a variety of Youngevity products.

Pearls of Wisdom

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss an FDA advisory concerning popular rheumatoid arthritis drugs.  The FDA has ordered stronger warnings on the labels of Humira, Cimzia, Enbrel and Remicade.  The new labels warn of risk of fungal infections specifically histoplasmosis which as resulted in at least 12 deaths.
