Monologue

Dr. Wallach starts today's show discussing the rising fuel prices.  Contending that gas could hit 10 dollars per gallon at some point so it is important to start preparing now by building multiple income streams.  Outlining several of the benefits of owning a home-based business.

Pearls of Wisdom

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss plans by the city of New York to dispatch ambulances equipped to preserve bodies so that families would have time to give consent on organ donations.  Current procedures don't get corpes to the hospitals fast enough when patients die outside of a hospital setting.  The problem is that not only would ambulance crews be making decisions about deaths.  They would also have to preform procedures to preserve the organs but without family consent.
