By 'whole foods' she's referring to "unprocessed" foods, fresh fruits and vegatables, eggs and meats. Processed foods include canned foods asserting the canning process actually kills off the food's natural enzymes that aid in digestion.

Doug Winfrey and JoAnn Conaway discuss a recent news release regarding vaccines. An FDA advisory panels has recommended the approval of a new 5 in 1 vaccine for young children. The new vaccine made by Sanofi Pasteur is meant to help prevent diptheria, tetanus, whooping cough, polio and bacterial infection caused by Haemophilus influenza type b. The later known to cause meningitits, pneumonia and arthritis. The vaccine will eliminate 7 of the now 23 federally recommended shots children get before 18 months.
