This is the Bayview Hotel Bed & Breakfast in Aptos California, USA. We go here every year to watch the Seacliff Beach Fireworks from the balcony during the fall. This is the oldest Hotel in our county & some say it is haunted by the kindly original owners. This is the home of one of the oldest Magnolia Trees in the USA. Also, there is a resident Grey Kitty Cat greeter. You can see the Kitty at the end of the slide show.
