The Santa Cruz County Arts Council has announced the recipients of the 2014 Gail Rich Award. The awardees are Dale Ockerman of Musicscool, Robbie Schoen of the Felix Kulpa Gallery, Cat Willis of the Tannery World Dance and Cultural Center, Art Philanthropist Carolyn Hyatt, and Johnny Simmons of KUSP radio. The Gail Rich Award is given to community members who drive and support art in Santa Cruz. The awards ceremony will be held January 28th at the Rio Theatre at 7:30 p.m.
