Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a UK study on diabetes. The eleven year study found that those who ate yogurt four or five times a week reduced their risk of type 2 diabetes by24%. Also finding those in the study who replaced a serving of chips with a serving of yogurt the risk of diabetes was reduced by 47%.
