Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article about a study from Tufts University. Researchers found that in 2012 there were 700,000 deaths from heart disease, strokes and diabetes. Finding that 10 ingredients combined contributed to about 45% of those deaths. Outlining two groups of foods "good" foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, seeds, nuts, polyunsaturated fats found in oils and omega 3 fatty acids from oily fish. The "bad" foods included red meat, processed meats, sugary drinks and salt are to be limited if not completely avoided.Callers
