SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – There’s a change in leadership coming to the Community Foundation For Santa Cruz County. The foundation has been working with donors for 34 years now, to help direct their charitable efforts. C-E-O Lance Linares, who hopes a new leader will bring new energy to the organization, plans to retire late in the fall of 2017.
