A  building,  that  was  under  construction  not  far  from  Santa Clara  University  caught  fire  yesterday,     The  58-unit  residential condo  project  near  the  intersection  of  El Camino  Real  and  Scott  Boulevard  was  slated  to  be  ready  for  occupancy  this  year.
