(10:00) Accessibility improvements began this week to historic Colton Hall, where California’s constitution was written and signed in 1849. Some of the upgrades include adding a vertical stair lift to provide people with disabilities access to the second floor as well as adding a wheelchair access ramp in the rear courtyard. The Museum will remain open during construction. Work is expected to be completed in July of 2018.
