A man has been extradited from Mexico, in connection with a 16 year-old Cold Case. 43 year-old Santa Cruz County man, Miguel Ramirez Loza, faces 12 Felony counts. They include those of the Murder, Torture and Sodomy of 17 year-old Jessica Sheridan in an abandoned Soquel preschool. Loza is being held without bail in Santa Cruz County Jail
