The 176-acre ranch on highway one that overlooks red, white and blue beach sold for almost 24-million dollars.
A county superior court judge ordered the sale to an undisclosed private buyer yesterday. The property located next to wilder ranch state park, serves at an access point to red, white and blue beach which operated as a nudist campground until it closed in 2006. The sale of the ranch to a private owner means public access to the beach won’t be guaranteed.
Close of escrow on the ranch is expected wednesday.
