The Santa Cruz Surf School owner and instructor convicted of lewd acts has been ordered to pay restitution. 39-year-old Dylan David Greiner was convicted in September and sentenced to three years in prison. On Wednesday a Santa Cruz County judge ordered to pay the cost of counseling for one of his victim’s and the plane fare of another victim, who had to fly in for a court appearance.
