A coalition of central coast rotary clubs are set to present a plan to improve salinas’ closter community park. The “La Plaza Rotario” project is a collaboration between The Rotary Club of Salinas, and the Alisal, Corral de Tierra, Salinas Northeast, and Steinbeck Rotary Clubs. The project would involve constructing kiosks, as well as other improvements to the Towt Street park. The proposal is scheduled to be presented at a meeting Monday evening, (at 6 p.m.), at saint mary of the nativity church (on towt street), in Salinas.
