Emergency responders rescued a woman in Santa Cruz on Sunday, after she fell down a cliff near the Boardwalk. Residents on East Cliff Drive reported the incident at 10:30 a.m., after cries for help were heard, near the train trestle adjacent to the Boardwalk. The victim was found clinging to plants about half-way down the cliff, before she eventually fell to the bottom. She was brought back to shore on a lifeguard paddle-board, before being taken to Dominican Hospital for treatment.
