A special car parade was held yesterday in Watsonville. The Cinco De Mayo Census parade combined people wanting to celebrate Cinco De Mayo, with those wanting to get across how important it is to fill out the 2020 U.S. Census…..so that states and counties get the federal and state monies for local programs that they are eligible for.
