Cinco de Mayo is being celebrated in many places today, and one of those is at the Gilroy Gardens. The venue opens at 10 o’clock with all its rides and attractions, and then switches into Fiesta mode from 3 – 7 p.m. today. They’ll have Folklorico dancing by Carisma Mexicano, a performance by Banda Carrizal, and other performances, as well as fiesta-appropriate food.
