The liquor license for a Watsonville restaurant has been re-instated, after a 10-day suspension this month. Cilantros restaurant and bar was given the punishment as result of numerous law enforcement actions at the establishment in 2010. the state department of alcoholic beverage control suspended cilantros’ license from January 5th through the 15th. The restaurant is on probation for the next 18 months, meaning improvements must be made, and no further incidents can take place, or the license could be revoked.
