A Chualar couple, who pleaded guilty to Felony Welfare Fraud, were reportedly receiving CalFresh and CalWorks money…..while actively employed. 31 year-old Ana Villegas and 41 year-old Juan Garcia-Aspeita said they needed both sources to be able to support their children. The 2 are scheduled to be sentenced in October.
