A man, who has lived in several communities in Santa Cruz and Monterey counties, was recently arrested in South Lake Tahoe on suspicion of sexually abusing children. 51 year-old Christopher Scott Flanders is thought to have additional victims here. He lived in Boulder Creek, Aptos, Watsonville, Salinas, And Pacific Grove. His victims in the South Lake Tahoe area were 14 years-old and younger.
