A  child  was  air-lifted  with  moderate  injuries   yesterday.   That  after  the  7  year-old  boy  was  hit  by  a  car,   as  he  walked  on  the  shoulder  of  highway  1  around  6 p-m.   The  boy,  who  is from  Hong Kong)  was  taken  to  Stanford  Medical  Center.
