A man was arrested in castroville for felony child abuse and child endangerment on Saturday, following the death of a 2-year-old girl. 26-year-old David Leonardo is suspected of causing fatal injuries to the child, who was declared dead at the scene of a residence on mcdougal street. Leonardo was booked into Monterey county jail.
