Several people were transported to area hospitals after the driver of the vehicle they were in, led C.H.P. Officers on a short, high-speed chase in Capitola this morning. The chase began around 3 a.m., near the intersection of 41st Avenue and Clares Street….and ended on Portola Drive (near Frenchy’s).
