A man was arrested this morning after he led law enforcement officers on a high speed chase that ended with the suspect crashing the vehicle he was driving this morning. Josue Tapia-Pantoja crashed the vehicle on Ohlone Parkway. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail on suspicion of evading law enforcement officers, D.U.I., and possession of an open container of marijuana.
