The man accused of kidnapping and killing 13 year-old Christina Marie Williams nearly 20 years ago was arraigned yesterday. Charles Holifield pleaded Not Guilty to all of the charges against him. Holifield waived his right to a speedy trial, and is now scheduled to be back in a Monterey County Court Room for his preliminary hearing June 28th.
