A Salinas man accused of killing two women while driving under the influence outside of Natividad Medical Center last month, was charged with dual murder charges today, and was assigned 2.5-million dollars bail. 23-year old Francisco Miranda is accused of killing 24-year old Linda Rascon Williams and 57-year old Cynthia Lane on November 20th. Miranda was charged and arrainged on two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, driving under the influence causing injury, hit-and-run resulting in injury and death, and driving with a suspended license due to a prior D-U-I conviction. He faces 34-years to life in prison, along with 6 months in jail if convicted.
