William “Bill” Johnson will receive an annual equity award of 3-point-five million dollars… that’s including a salary of 2-and-a-half-million plus p-g and e stock.
In January p-g and e filed for bankruptcy due to wildfire related liabilities and debt. Johnson comes to p-g and e from the Tennessee Valley Authority.
