Officers from Monterey, San Benito, and Santa Cruz counties attended a Saturday memorial for slain officer Corpoal Ronil Singh. Singh was fatally shot on December 26th in Newman were he had been a police officer for 7 years. A precession of about 50 patrol vehicles hhighlighted the memorial which was held in Modesto.
