a hollister man accused of stabbing and killing a man in a cemetery has pleaded not guilty to the charges. 34 year old jorge diaz faces 25 years to life in prison if he is convicted of killing 72 year old francisco rojas in march of last year. he’s due back in court on february 23rd to begin the trial. diaz remains in san benito county jail on 1 million dollars bail.
