The santa cruz county coroner has released the official cause of death, for a man that was shot last Thursday in the live oak area of santa cruz county. Nathan connally died from a single gunshot wound to his abdomen and pelvis. He was found on the lawn of the emerald bay apartment complex, on the 25-hundred block of soquel drive. a meeting is scheduled for residents of the complex to hear an update from santa cruz county sheriff’s deputies about the case, and safety at the complex. That meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. tomorrow (wed) at the apartment complex. So far, no suspects have been arrested in the case.
