a homeless man was stabbed to death in castroville saturday morning. authorities say that the elderly man, identified as antonio sanchez montes, was found dead outside the bathrooms at Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church on Preston Street. the incident is believed to have happened shortly after 7 a-m. any one with any information is urged to call the monterey county sheriff’s department.
