Catalytic Converter Arrs 03-28-21 12:37 S.S.

There’s finally been an arrest in connection with a catalytic converter theft in Pacific Grove. That after 17 such thefts have been perpetrated there just this year. The arrests were made after someone reported an in-progress theft.
