THE MONTEREY COUNTY RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AGENCY HAS ANNOUNCED CONSTRUCTION WORK ON CASTROVILLE BOULEVARD WILL BEGIN TODAY (MON). THE OVERLAY PROJECT BETWEEN STATE ROUTE 156 AND SAN MIGUEL CANYON ROAD WILL TAKE THREE MONTHS TO COMPLETE. THE CONSTRUCTION WORK WILL REQUIRE TRAFFIC CONTROL, INCLUDING LANE CLOSURES. MOTORISTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO TAKE AN ALTERNATE ROUTE OR EXPECT DELAYS.
