A Carmel woman is in custody on suspicion of DUI following a solo car crash. Officials say 20-year-old Rebecca Graves hit a fire hydrant in front of the shopping center off Carmel Valley Road Wednesday night. The crash sent hundreds of gallons of water into a number of businesses, causing around $100,000 in damage. Graves was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. She was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
