(12:55)CARMEL- Carmel has picked a replacement for retiring police chief Mike Calhoun. On Friday, city officials named Commander Paul Tomasi as the replacement for the 32 year veteran Calhoun. Tomasi, who has been with the Carmel Police Department since 2008 will take over as police chief on January 1st.
