Carmel Man Pleads Guilty 03/14/19B 18:27 S.S.

A  Carmel  man  has  pleaded  guilty  to  leaving  harassing  voicemails.   58  year-old  Peter  Wells  faced  2  counts  of  making  annoying  calls  to  2  Monterey  County  Supervisors  and  a  Carmel Realtor.   The  calls  were  made back  in  March  and October of  last  year.
