The current City Attorney for Carmel-By-The-Sea has given the city a 90-day Notice Of Resignation. The announcement was made during a special city council meeting yesterday. Glen Mozingo, and the current city council members, plan to work together to create a transition plan (for finding, and bringing a new city attorney up-to-speed).
