The bomb threat responsible for closing the Sunset Cultural Center during the Carmel Bach festival has been determined to be a hoax. Authorities say that a 10 year old child in attendance used a spoofing app to issue the bomb threat. The child’s mother has apologized for the incident. At least one of the parents works for the Bach festival.
