A California Highway Patrol Officer suffered minor injuries on Saturday, when a vehicle struck his patrol car. The driver lost control on highway-17, (south of glenwood drive). The officer had pulled over to aid another stranded driver, and was in his parked cruiser when the incident occurred. No arrests were made after the accident. The officer was treated at Dominican Hospital, and released.
