Santa Cruz Police have located a wanted vehicle and 2-involved persons, after issuing an alert earlier today in connection with an attempted kidnapping. Police have canceled a public alert for the black cadillac, and are investigating the incident. The alert had been issued after several people reported that a woman was pulled into a car at North Pacific and Water Street, in Santa Cruz.
