A Capitola teenager is missing after apparently running away from home early Saturday. Authorities say that 15 year old Melia Betancourt was last seen leaving home at 5 a.m. near 41st Avenue in jeans, a white sweat shirt and black shoes. She may be in the downtown Santa Cruz area. Anyone with any information on her whereabouts is encouraged to contact police.
