This week the city of Capitola will be picking up extra trash for free as part of Spring Clean-up Week. Residents can dispose of one bulky item and seven bags (or cans) of garbage, that do not exceeding 50 pounds each. The items must be curbside by 6:00 a.m. On the regular day of service.
