The Santa Cruz County Sanitation District, has announced emergency repairs will be performed to the sewer at the Capitola Esplanade. The work will take place near the intersection of Monterey Avenue. Motorists will be subject to traffic delays with potential lane closures between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., from Tuesday through Friday, and from 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday until 6:00 a.m. Thursday.
