Capitola City Council members will discuss a sponsorship program tonight aimed at offering naming rights for a new park to be built on city property. The program is expected to list a variety of sponsor opportunities, starting at $1,000 for the dog park, $2,000 for the bike park and $3,000 for the skate park. Naming rights for the dog park is $10,000, $25,000 for the bike park and $50,000 for the skate park. The new park is to be built on vacant land on McGregor Drive at the city limit.
