The Capitola Police Department will be providing a free shuttle service on New Year’s Eve. Volunteers with the Safe Ride Home Program will be available to pick up any person who feels impaired by alcohol between the hours of 9 p.m. and 3 a.m. The shuttle will be operating between the areas of Aptos and Santa Cruz.
