The Capitola Planning Commission will be hearing a proposal for a hotel development on Thursday. The facility being presented is a 5 story, 88-unit hotel at 120 Monterey Avenue. The commission will also consider a fitness center in one of the former Orchard Supply Hardware buildings. The is slated for 7 p-m at 420 Capitola Avenue.
