The Capitola police are asking the public’s assistance in identifying a possible peeping Tom at the Capitola Mall. On November 15th surveillance cameras captured images of a man suspected of taking pictures of a woman in a public restroom. The pictures can be viewed on the Capitola Police Department’s Facebook page.
