The Capitola Police Department is once again offering free rides home for party-goers tonight (New Year’s Eve). Anyone who has been drinking in the city can call 831 475-4244 between 10 p-m and 3 a-m for rides home as far as the Live Oak area of Santa Cruz, Soquel, and the Seacliff area of Aptos.
